The Second Edition of this Diploma course is made in partnership between ELLE, Complutense University of Madrid, and Mindway Liberal Studies.

Basic Program Information

With the Retail Management and Digital Customer Experience diploma course you will learn the foundations of the retail business, and its transformation in the 21st Century.

During the program you will analyze the key management principles that can be applied to any retail company, the different types of consumers and the trends of consumption. You will also learn how to implement visual merchandising and marketing techniques, amongst others.

Duration

This diploma course has a duration of six months from November 16th to May 16th with a total of 40 hours in lectures and guest speaker addresses.

Methodology

Our programs are designed to adapt to your schedule and your pace. You can work at the same time you complete one of the programs or more. Diploma courses have a duration of 6 months, in which you will see: a total of 30 hours of lectures, and a total of 10 hours in Guest Speaker Addresses. 

You may access the lectures and guest speaker addresses when it best fits your schedule within the established times for the closing of the module. All videos are available on the Online Campus and can be seen as many times as possible. 

In our continuous evaluation students are graded based on theoretical tests at the end of each module, and completion of practical assignments.

Duration: 6 months

Lectures: 30 hours

Guest Speaker Addresses: 10 hours

Obtained Certification

Upon completion of this program students will receive a Diploma issued by Complutense University of Madrid certifying that the student has completed all academic requirements of the course.

Admissions

In order to be admitted into our diploma courses you must:

• Be over 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or experience in the sector
• Provide a valid identification
• Fill out our online application
• Provide us with your CV
• Have a passion for fashion and lifestyle!

Payment Plans

The course payment must be done by choosing one of the following options:

• Full payment of the fees upon registration
• Payment in two installments. The first installment will be due at the moment of registration, and the second installment will be due two months after the first installment payment.
• Financing: Finance your diploma course in up to 8 months (10 euros handling fee per month).
