The Second Edition of this short course is made in partnership between ELLE, and Mindway Liberal Studies.

Basic Program Information

During this program you will learn the fundamentals of business management, such as managing stakeholders, setting up a strategy with KPIs, crisis management, and managing people and teams.

Globalization and technology have exponentially sped up the market environments across the globe. Knowing how to turn ideas into business firms requires learning how to manage uncertainty and fostering from the starts of the company.

This short course will teach you how to think outside of the box and build your knowledge to truly understand how to stimulate business growth either from a position of entrepreneurship or as a collaborator part of a firm.

Understand your competitors and learn how to create competitive advantage, manage human capital, gain the frameworks to identify new opportunities!

3. Uncertainty and Crisis Management: How to Address Agility and Flexibility

Duration

This short course has a duration of two months from November 16th to January 16th with a total of 16 hours in lectures and guest speaker addresses.

Methodology

Our programs are designed to adapt to your schedule and your pace. You can work at the same time you complete one of the programs or more. Short courses have a duration of 2 months, in which you will see: a total of 13 hours of lectures, and a total of 3 hours in Guest Speaker Addresses. 

You may access the lectures and guest speaker addresses when it best fits your schedule within the established times for the closing of the module. All videos are available on the Online Campus and can be seen as many times as possible.

In our continuous evaluation students are graded based on theoretical tests at the end of each module, and completion of practical assignments.

Lectures: 13 hours

Guest Speaker Addresses: 3 hours

Obtained Certification

Upon completion of this program students will receive a certificate of completion issued by ELLE and Mindway Liberal Studies confirming that the student has completed all academic requirements of the course.

In order to be admitted into our short courses you must:

• Be over 18 years of age
• Provide a valid identification
• Fill out our online application
• Have a passion for business fashion and lifestyle!

Payment Plans

The course payment must be done by choosing one of the following options:

• Full payment of the fees upon registration
• Payment in two installments. The first installment will be due at the moment of registration, and the second installment will be due two months after the first installment payment.
• Payment in three installments. The first installment will be due upon registration, the remaining two installments will be due once per month in the next two consecutive months.
